Hackoons
These clandestine raccoons regularly cause chaos in Metawood Forest and the surrounding areas. There are a few different kinds:
- Conscripts – These mercenaries will execute all orders from a Commander without question or hesitation. What they lack in acumen and judgement, they make up for in persistence and malice.
- Agents – Agents have a wide range of combat skills, but often specialize in targeted attacks. For example, they might infiltrate a Dao Lodge or help Saboteurs on a bridge raid. They are adept at concealment and also collaborate with Bandits, Imposters, and Snipers to launch ambushes.
- Commanders – These elite mercenaries direct Conscripts and Agents. They have remarkable control of Red Magic, which they can use to also command other dangerous creatures, such as Malworms, Star Phish, Peckey Loggers, and Spy Files.
- Outlaws – These lawless Hackoons are found throughout the Frenzyverse, but they tend to congregate in the Defi Plains and Dao Desert. They often battle True Believers, as well as Bounty Hunters.
- Lock Riders – Some Outlaws known as Lock Riders are especially fearsome and ride Wild Trojans into battle. They trap victims in an impenetrable lasso of Red Magic, locking them in place and holding them for ransom – or worse.
- Sybil & Flash – The niece of Master Hackoon, Sybil can magically create countless clones of herself to confuse and overwhelm True Believers and Builder Beavers. Her brother, Flash, moves with incredible speed and can crush opponents using quick and powerful attacks. They regularly wreak havoc across the Frenzyverse, particularly in the Defi Plains and Lockpool Lagoon.
- Master Hackoon – The most powerful of the Hackoons, this burly raccoon can decimate his opponents in the blink of an eye. He loves to set magic traps across the Frenzyverse, and his presence greatly increases the strength and magic power of all nearby enemy clans.
