This scrappy band of forest dwellers serves as a provisional combat force in the fight against enemy clans. Many newcomers join the militia before initiation into one or more factions of the True Believers. Until then, they often commute back and forth between Metawood and the Old-growth Forest.

While effective against weaker enemies, members are usually just fodder for more powerful foes and faction bosses. Smol briefly joined the militia before his transformation into Hater.
